damn, and I was doing so well. :/ Tomorrow is a new day, it’ll definitely be better, I can feel it.
I had WAYYYY over my calorie limit today and I didn’t eat as healthily as I could have.
I skipped breakfast and then I had pasta, pizza, salad, two slices of cake (not at once! ugh! D:), and then tortilla chips with my mum about an hour ago. And I only did a small workout that burned like, 48 calories.
But I digress. Tomorrow is a new day!! Better workout and better, healthier foods. I’ve got this and I KNOW I can do it. :)
